As part of the Noa Ankara project, the design of the sales office has also been approached within the context of the project’s overall coherence. The building has been positioned at the highest level of the site facing the boulevard, designed to create a strong visual presence and impact. With this positioning, the building stands out as a prominent volume on the boulevard façade.
The interior layout has been shaped around a concept that allows visitors to experience the project. Whilst the sales office houses show flats, it also includes an executive office, a relaxation area and wet rooms for the management team. The lobby area, situated at the entrance, has been designed as a reception space featuring the sales consultants’ workspaces, waiting areas and a model showcasing the project’s overall layout.
